Production process

To produce a cylinder liner, it is necessary to go through various steps, which includes:

Casting unit

At this stage, the cast iron alloy is combined with other alloys and transferred to the induction furnace. Until melted and mixed with ingredients.
At the end, these compounds, which are in a molten state, are transferred to a centrifuge to form their own molds. And is prepared for the next stages of production.

Machining unit

In the machining unit, due to the use of modern grinding and CNC machines, ready-to-ship products are subject to changes in this section.

This section includes stages such as: grinding, turning and roughing. In this section, the interior of the product is subjected to changes in the grinding and roughing stage. And in the stage of rough work and grinding, the external space undergoes changes.

Then, in the next step, laser logo printing is done on the product and the final product is ready to be packed and sent.

Quality control unit

At this stage, the quality of the liners and the design of their bodies are checked by engineers and special devices. This process is done by special devices such as calipers, clocks, micrometers and gauges. And finally, after receiving all kinds of approvals, the products are prepared for packing and shipping.
